ATP: Fitness Tip "Twas the night before tennis"

Today's Fitness Tip comes from Coach Geovi in the reGeovinate Fitness Health and Wellness Studio. Geovi covers the three things we all know to do the day (or night) before a tennis match.

  1. don't stay out too late (you know what we mean...)
  2. hydrate 24 hours *before* your match time, and
  3. target a light workout (if you are inclined to go to the gym the day before a match) and definitely do some stretching
