Demond K Ross is a speaker, trainer, coach and also serves as an Assistant Dean at a therapeutic day school where they educate and support students with varying ranges of social and emotional disorders. From this stage, Demond primarily shares his experiences dealing with limiting belief and overcoming the need to be perfect for acceptance.
