From Street Gang Member To Anabaptist Pastor
Play • 15 min
In this episode, José Sanchez shares his journey of coming to Christ. When José and his family moved to Los Angeles, they moved into the same community that Ernest Witmer and his family lived in. As they learned to know the Witmers, José and his family started attending, and eventually joined, the Witmer's church. José is now a pastor there. To learn more about this church in Los Angeles, consider listening to a conversation with Ernest Witmer that we published in August. It is episode 28 and titled, "Planting Mennonite Churches in Los Angeles". This is the 41st episode in the first season of Anabaptist Perspectives, a podcast, blog, and YouTube channel that examines various aspects of conservative Anabaptist life and thought.
