In this week's episode I'm talking all about what your experiences of stress are costing you. As an entrepreneur, a husband, a leader of employees, and any number of other roles that I need to play in a given day or week, stress negatively affects my ability to fulfill these roles. Even worse, stress left unchecked will negatively influence the brain causing you to forget important details, derail your ability to see the big picture, ruin your ability to make wise decisions, and negatively affect your relationships.
Stress in itself isn't the problem...and I never want to take away the stresses someone has in their life. My goal is to help you better adapt to the stresses in your life so that you can be more, do more, have more, achieve more, and ultimately live the life of your dreams.
Stress negatively affects our brains. The good news is though, through a very specific set of steps we can mitigate that stress, make better decisions, be more present, be more productive, and ultimately profit more.
