So many people show up to my office looking for solutions to their pain problems, without fully realizing that their pain problem is actually a BRAIN problem.

One of the major issues I encounter in practice is that none of us (including myself growing up) were taught about health. We simply learn about disease. So, in this episode, I start by defining the difference between pathogenesis and salutogenesis.  I then dive into a lengthy conversation that explains how your emotions and the brain play an important role in how your physical body FEELS.

To live the live you've always dreamed of living, you've got to start by addressing the brain.  Most of the pains people have actually come from emotional trauma, and until you can heal the emotional, your healing will stagnate.  Check out this episode for some super cool stories of how we foster health and healing with a salutogenic approach.
