One of the things I've been thinking a lot about lately is what it means to be, and to feel like a man. A conversation that has come up multiple times in my office recently is that there are men, in debilitating pain, not sleeping, stressed out, not connecting to their loved ones that feel like if they could only use their bodies full out, they would feel like more of men.
In this episode, I dive into what being a man is REALLY all about, and I lay down an undeniable truth--a physiological principle--as to why when men in our office start getting adjusted, the sense of feeling like a man actually resurfaces stronger than ever.
Yes, being able to use our physical bodies uninhibited is great, but there is a very physiological, hormonal thing that happens when MEN start getting adjusted. Ladies, I promise you'll learn a thing or two as well...I didn't leave you out.
So, if you feel broken as a man, when will you make the decision to change?
