Oftentimes we work hard and get nothing in return. I don’t like that, and I bet you don’t either. Are you rewarding your employees? If you are a leader, you need to be constantly showing appreciation and giving awards to keep morale high.
One of the biggest morale boosts for me was a few months ago I was at an Air Force base and the Commander really liked me, so he allowed me to meet a 4-star general and get coined by him.
Morale is your job as a leader. Keeping your people happy and excited to come to work for you each day. Giving each employee hope and morale will spur your sales, growth, and productivity beyond what was conceived as possible.
