Soon after this recording, she became a PGY-1 in orthopedic surgery at Emory College of Medicine, where she is the first Black woman to become a part of their program!  Hear her discuss  the various major academic leadership positions she's held, the lessons she's learned along the way, and how she plans to pay it forward.
