So many of us who have ADHD spend a large part of our lives focusing on all our shortfalls and all the things that we can't seem to accomplish as easily as everyone else. It comes as no surprise how easy it is then to form a really poor conception of who we are as a person and where our worth comes from in society today.
In today’s episode, Lacy talks about how she hid her ADHD from the people who cared about her the most and how once she realized it was ADHD, she was able to piece together her identity apart from her struggles. It is possible to form your identity apart from your ADHD; listen as Lacy shares her story.
