Victoria Moran has never had a traditional life. In an age when men worked and women stayed home, she lived in a two-income household. This gave her plenty of time with her nanny who was living her life in other unconventional ways.
She learned about vegetarianism from that nanny and knew that she did not want to contribute to the harm and suffering of other living beings. This one philosophy has led to so many different areas of knowledge, growth, curiosity, and adventure which is what has inspired much of her writing.
We dive deep into what she’s done to slow the process of aging, what practices she attributes her fantastic health to, and why Ayurveda and Yoga are staples in her life. Victoria is unbelievably inspiring and a true fountain of knowledge.
I feel blessed to have had the time to speak with her about everything from the ways in which global awareness of the vegan lifestyle has shifted to her daily routine to how her upbringing has informed her life.
