#127 Sitaram Dass - Bhakti Yoga, Being Love and Ram Dass
Play • 1 hr 15 min

Sitaram Dass spent several years serving his beloved teacher Ram Dass on Maui, where he was shown the path of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of service and devotion to God. Through writings, music, teachings, workshops, and one-on-one counseling, he works to strengthen our sense of the Timeless Sacred in today’s modern and fast-paced world. His new book, From and for God, will be released March 20th and is available for pre-order now.

He is a member of Kripa, a purpose-driven kirtan group committed to the wide accessibility of kirtan and Bhakti Yoga. Kripa works to lower the barriers of access to contemplative and devotional practices through affordable, free, and donation-based offerings and prison outreach. Their newest album is a collaboration with Krishna Das, Nina Rao, and Shantala among others, and it is a fundraiser for Hanuman Maui: Ram Dass Loving Awareness Sanctuary. https://hanumanmaui.org
