How Can You Empower Your Children?
In this episode I am joined again by the amazing Kathryn Camsey, Queen of the Fairies. We chat about Kathryn's book, A Mind Full of Happiness Guide for children and her journey to getting where she is now.
After a devastating family loss, Kathryn saw her niece struggling and desperately wanted to make her smile again
She introduced her to the spiritual and mindfulness tools she uses in her life, to see if they would help her and if they could be taught in an age-appropriate way.
Working together with each modality and a daily routine, and with the tools, time and consistency, she managed to help her niece regain her happiness and joy in life again.

Talking Hypnotherapy and It's Benefits with Sue Care
In this episode I am joined again by the fabulous Sue Care. Sue is a holistic therapist, a clinical Hypnotherapist, as well as practicing reflexology. She is also a reiki master with 19 years experience. She works intuitively to find the root cause of physical or emotional issues so she can help to release and heal them.
