Today we have a special guest we think you all will really enjoy. Kevin Driscoll is joining us from San Diego, California. He is a super fun person and it was our honor to chat with him for this topic today of reward systems in fitness.
Reward systems are a tool we should all be using to get on track and stay on track with developing healthy habits and meeting our own goals. We will talk for a little while about why we need to use rewards, give some good ideas and examples of reward systems, and help you set up a system that works for you.
And afterwards we will share what kind of animals we would like to be if we had to switch lives with a member of the animal kingdom.
