What an incredible 4 days we’ve had so far during the #IrresistibleYou Self Love Challenge. 

In case you missed it, we’ve covered: 

  • Day 1: What It Really Takes to Feel Comfortable In Your Own Skin.  Stopping the inner “fat bitch” chatter and developing radical self awareness.  
    • Comment with at least one of your inner fat bitch statements and observe it. 
  • Day 2: The Secret Sauce To Becoming a Confidence Queen by taking consistent imperfect action. 
    • Commit to taking one imperfect action. 
  • Day 3: Discover Why Losing Weight Doesn’t = Automatic Happiness by developing a relationship with yourself. 
    • Schedule a YOU walk. 
  • Day 4: The # 1 Thing You Need To Do To Stop Zombie Walking Through Life by practicing mindful acceptance. 
    • Write your WHY and complete a one day mindfulness diary. 

That brings us to Day 5: How To Love Yourself Through the Journey...not just at goal. 

We’re tackling the real issue...which is losing the emotional weight. This is how you FEEL about your weight and how those feelings drive your actions and essentially the life that you’re living.  In order to love yourself through the journey, you need a framework with support and coaching to hold you accountable. 

Today I’m revealing how the Irresistible You Framework helped me go from feeling uncomfortable in my own skin, looking for another BS diet to “fix” me to feeling irresistible and unstoppable...regardless of my weight.
