You're on a weight loss journey, eating clean, moving your body, dropping the inner fat bitch chatter,  enjoying your life without waiting for the weight, and getting your glam on.  The life you envisioned is becoming a reality and you feel happy and fabulous. Then, the panic sets in. OMG, when is the other shoe going to drop? I shouldn't feel this happy, successful, or comfortable with my life! Right?!
