It's not that you don't have time for weight loss. It's that you aren't making realistic priorities for your weight loss.

We're never going to have enough time to do everything we want. So, we have to prioritize what is most important to us. Stop trying to fit some unrealistic bullshit  diet into your complex and busy life. It's time to throw out the self-imposed timelines and ridiculous expectations you got from some health nut on a 3am infomercial and create ones that are REAL that fit into YOUR life and set you up for success!
