The other day my daughter woke up for school super congested. I told her she could stay home from school and we all went back to bed. My entire family slept in until almost 10:30am! That is unheard of on a work/school day! I knew I had some work to do but my body was telling me to just sleep. Instead of beating myself up and telling myself I'm a lazy piece of shit, I leaned in and asked myself "Why does your body need sleep so bad?" In this episode, I'm talking to you about how to stop beating yourself up and instead checking-in with yourself to ask yourself what you really need.
