139: Coming Back Home to Yourself

 The number one killer of your weight loss journey is the inability to manage your emotions and put yourself as a priority. Sometimes in life we abandon ourselves because other people or things going are the priority or feel like the priority at the moment. If you are struggling with recognizing yourself and are ready to start the journey back home to yourself, this episode is for you! I found this letter I wrote to myself in the summer of 2018 and this line just hit me b/c I keep seeing this theme everywhere about going back home to yourself. "But it was also a sign from the universe that you needed to come back home to the reason you started this journey in the first place." I'm going to share why I took an unannounced break from the podcast, what the plan is going forward, and how I'm also coming back home to ME.
