Let's talk about how to get out of a weight loss slump and what that really means. The weight loss journey is about so much more than just losing the weight by a specific date.
It's about tackling your demons and learning how to regulate and manage your emotions so that you can stop using food to deal with your life. I'd much rather take the time to do that than to try another gimmick diet out of desperation.
The gimmicks will fade. Your emotions will be with you until the day you die. You HAVE to learn how to manage your emotions so that you can lose the emotional weight that's holding you back form the life you deserve.
If you want to lose weight for the last time, you have to also take the time to become self-aware, recognize the hard emotions, and learn how to process them. That means your weight loss may not happen as "fast" as you would like and that is OK!
