Inner peace can feel elusive at times due to the curve path of living life. Some curves we choose, while others come hurdling towards us unexpectedly.
Regardless of the why the impacts can be similar on our emotions, our wellness and our sense of connection to self. It can leave us feeling depleted and lost.
There can also be a sense of guilt as we try to take time to heal so we may feel whole again. Yet, healing and guilt aren't the best partners in process.
