This week our host Simon Gibson talks to body builder Marcel Jonas. 

From his roots of working in a family-owned gym in Liverpool to becoming a body building champion, Marcel Jonas isn’t scared of hard work. He is also a qualified Fitness Instructor and in 2018 set up his own gym clothing brand, Synergenetix. 

Marcel has a proven record of success both personally and professionally within the fitness world and has represented the country on more than one occasion at world level within amateur body building.
