Today we're bringing back Matt Domyancic; he's a former LEO and a police chaplain in California and was previously a guest on episode number 018. I was eager to bring him back to talk about "patrol chaplaincy," a term we're using here to describe the chaplaincy work specifically focused on the wellness of the rank and file in law enforcement. Today we talk about competing styles of police chaplaincy and why this particular approach which we are advocating is needs to be given more attention.
This episode looks at some of the failures of chaplaincy; it might even address the reason why your agency used to have chaplains years ago but doesn't anymore. I hope this episode challenges and inspires men and women to do the hard work of a patrol chaplain.
