#003 - Today, I sit down with certified strength and conditioning coach, Chase Tucker, to talk about how best to prepare our bodies for hiking with camera gear.  Because many of us work desk jobs, we are susceptible to injuries or chronic knee or back pain when we hit the trail to do some outdoor photography.  

Chase specializes in helping people get their bodies ready for hiking so that they can continue to pursue their passion for the outdoors pain-free and well into old age.  I’ve had knee surgery on both knees, so I am very familiar with chronic knee pain while hiking.  I’ve now taken two of his training programs and can attest that his training style and exercises are super effective.
