Tracey takes us through the time she and her siblings were taken from their home and placed into the foster care system in England at the age of 6. To assuming the responsibility of taking care of her Mom when her Dad passed at the age of 13. 

She had many social workers over the years. Reviews with many adults in the room talking to her as if she weren’t there. Talking about her health, education, how things were going in the home, in school, and in general. She said that they spoke to you as if you weren’t even there. 

She never felt listened to as a child and grew up not trusting anyone. Her experience led her to become a volunteer with children in the foster care system in England, aspiring to make changes.
