Having a 20 year nicotine addiction and overcoming the cigarette mind games we played can be a long process. Seems to be the toughest thing to quit but what it takes for one to finally quit may not work for another.  

We grew up hating that our parents smoked but then picked it up ourselves and had no idea the hold it would have on us. Now just thinking about our kids picking up a cigarette at the age that we did is a devastating thought.    

We found ourselves going from being so addicted to cigarettes to enjoying our passions so much more now. You will enjoy hearing about Brett’s battle with his cigarette mind games, his passion for hiking, and restoring old cans.
