Today Josh is interviewing Rachel Pendakur. Rachel is the head of coaching at ELT Method. ELT stands for 'Eat. Lift. Thrive.' They are a company led by Sohee Lee that is doing some amazing stuff in the fitness space. Rachel is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a GGS Certified Pre and Post-Natal Coach. She has a BA in psychology and is currently working towards an MA in Psychological Science, so this episode is focused on behavior change as it relates to health and fitness.
