This week on the Live On Form Podcast we are joined by undoubtedly Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu’s Greatest Of All Time Roger Gracie. Ten times world champion and the grandson of the founder of the art, Carlos Gracie. The Gracie family has been the driving force in the growth of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the revolution in the martial arts around the world for decades.
Roger's journey started at the age of 14 in the South of Brazil but it wasn't until he was 18 that his potential really started to shine. Unmotivated by medals but through the sheer desire to be the best, Roger's track record for submitting fights can only be described as legendary. Now regarded as the 'GOAT’ Roger focus' most of his time alongside his father at the Roger Gracie Academy in London, famous for its community and ability to create incredible fighters.
Join us when we talk to the humble Roger Gracie about his phenomenal track record, his journey into BJJ through to MMA and his future goals for the Academy.
