If you're a squirrely squirmy person like me, it can be perceived - if we're not sitting still with eyes up and focused - that we're not paying attention and look like we don't care about what's happening in front of us.

Sure, it could be the case, but not always.  I'm the kind of person who needs to be somewhat physically "busy" for me to think, process information, and listen. If you're the same way, you just might relate to my very ADHD ramble in this episode.
