Hypnotic Meditation To Break Habits, To Address Fears, To Increase Peak Performance
Play • 32 min

I am always trying to improve my meditation practice and always looking for ways to help make it easier especially with the limited time we all have these days.

In this episode my guest Mary Welp, who is a CranioSacral and Hypnotherapist with a private practice doing bodywork and hypnosis for 20 years,  teaches us an adaptable and easy 4 step process to access meaningful change in our lives, a new and simpler method for meditation called RISE. RISE (Relax. Imagine. Suggest. Empower) is a form of Hypnotic Meditation to help  address fears, habits and imprints as well as increase peak performance in many areas of your life.

RISE is mediation meets self-hypnosis. I didn't even know that you can do hypnosis on yourself!
