Navigating motherhood is already tough, but with anxiety, depression or dealing with postpartum on top of all of that, it can make you feel even more alone. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Join me in this no BS conversation on anxiety, depression, postpartum, mom guilt with the No BS Mama podcast host Megan Eddinger.  What is "normal" vs "not normal" as a mom and all the things you are feeling and experiencing?

Megan's life has been everything but traditional and her goal is to normalize all the parts of motherhood that no one tells you about so that other moms don't feel so alone in their own journeys.

No BS Mama

More About Megan:
Megan is a 35 year old mom of 3 married to her high school sweetheart. She first became a mom just 2 weeks after her 18th birthday and had her last baby at just 23 years old. She was thrown into motherhood before she really had a chance to figure out who she was.

Megan shares openly about her experience with anxiety and depression and how taking care of her physical health impacts her mental health and vice versa. She was once an overwhelmed mom of 3 who had no idea who she was or what she needed to be fulfilled to now prioritizing self care and good mental hygiene to be the best mom and wife that she can be.
