Play • 44 min

Do you ever hear those voices in your head? It’s like the angel and the devil or if you ever watched the movie Inside Out, all your different emotions with voices?? And sometimes you tell that voice to shut up and leave you alone or you have a debate in your head with yourself.  You are not crazy, everyone has what we call saboteurs.

I took the Positive Intelligence Saboteurs Assessment and wow! Very on point and insightful assessment, down to  the root of  where those saboteurs are coming from.

In this episode my guest Jenny Toh of River Life Coaching , will explain the saboteurs and how they prevent us from reaching our highest potential professionally and personally and how to overcome them.
