What I've Learnt - David Bromley
Play • 49 min

Some interviews just move me.
Complex, creative and fragile, artist David Bromley works adorn everything from mall murals to surfboards, furniture to sarongs.

Speaking to him in his big beautiful Daylesford farm shed, brimming with artworks, sculptures and ornaments, he is truly a force to be reckoned with.

Passionate, articulate and honest about his addictions, his loves including wife Yuge and his 7 children.

“I have a partner I’d live in a tent with.. I put people close to me on par with my art, and if I don’t have someone to love, I don’t see the point… before I met Yuge I used to sit in the back yard take medication, smoke and think, it’s not your time yet to meet that person.. fuck you’re alone again.”

An interview worth listening to with such a creative mind.
