While Tom Salonek started his career as a developer, he now leads his firm. Tom completed executive education in leadership at the Harvard School of Business and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His undergraduate degree is in Quantitative Methods from the University of St. Thomas, where he later returned as an instructor at the Graduate School of Business Management Center.
Over a decade ago, Tom founded the Intertech Foundation, providing financial assistance to families with critically ill children and awarding an annual university STEM scholarship.
Tom was named one of 40 under 40 by The Business Journal and the Business Builder of the Year by Upsize Magazine. He's written three books and more than 100 articles on business, leadership, and technology.
