Cerebral Palsy and Martial Arts with Matt Marcinek
Play • 1 hr 3 min

It seems like fighting, in one way or another, has always been a part of Matt Marcinek’s life.

From being diagnosed with cerebral palsy at nine months old and battling against a neurologist’s bleak outlook for his life, to combating people’s perception of him, or as an athlete in the sports of Brazilian Jiu-Jitu and judo and finally overcoming a ten year losing streak, it always seems like there’s an “opponent” trying impede his progress; but Matt just keeps fighting.

As a grappling and mental performance coach, Matt has a passion to help build athletes physically and mentally to overcome their obstacles and perform at their best.
