We started Season 2 with space, and we’re ending it there as well. Another holiday season is upon us, and even though I love this time of year, the holidays can feel quite stuffy, and I'm not just talking about eating too much food. One of the biggest things I hear from folks is, "The holidays stress me out" or, "I feel like I lose my self care during this time of year." In today’s episode, I share 3 of my best tips for creating a spacious holiday season and avoiding the overwhelm. I even share how doing so helped me get engaged last year on Christmas!
