In our first podcast, we discuss Solutions Journalism with Karen McIntyre from Virginia Commonwealth University in the US and community participation in journalism with Laura Ahva from Tampere University in Finland. They discuss the challenges and possibilities of engaging with audiences outside of newsrooms and the debates about what can make these forms of journalism a force for social good in the future.
