On today's episode we talk with Dr. Tyra Sellers about how to be a better supervisor.   She  is a co-author of Building and Sustaining Meaningful and Effective Relationships as a Supervisor and Mentor and the Director of Ethics at the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.  We discuss the importance of quality supervision, how to become a competent supervisor, and how to apply behavior analytic principles to supervision. While this episode certainly has a lot of gems for people within the behavior analytic community,  it also provides a wealth of effective strategies for anyone seeking to be a better supervisor in any chosen career.
