Cherstyn Stockwell, of Dahlia's Hope, talks about being called to do the hard things
Play • 1 hr 6 min

Cherstyn had no idea she would find herself in the non profit sector while working in Washington. She had no idea she would be so involved with helping victims of child sex trafficking find a voice and place in society after facing some of the epic horrors they have had to face. And yet, when that call came to her, she knew she had to start. She had to just go. And miracle after miracle lined up and her organization is bringing so much hope to so many. We talked about the need to share humor during such dark phases of life. Turns out it's an absolute vital part to the healing. Fair warning, this podcast gets pretty heavy with the sensitive topics we are discussing, but wow was it powerful. Hope you enjoy and get incredible information from Cherstyn's work.
