What’s Up Spiritually with Tom and Teresa Shantz
This is our monthly episode on all that is happening spiritually in the world. In today’s show, Tom and I explore the idea of boundaries. When we grow spiritually, we do so at our own pace. As a species, humans often do not like change. When we go through change, there can be resistance from others. Tune in as we discuss how we set our own boundaries, how to respect the boundaries of others, and how to embrace your unique spiritual gifts.
3 things to note when it comes to boundaries:
* When we move forward in our spiritual journey, it can make others feel insecure because they are not at the same point in their life. Try not to get caught up in their insecurity. Be clear in your beliefs, but also give others compassion wherever they are in their journey. Lead by example.
* We each have our own gifts that we offer the world. Everyone is on their own unique spiritual journey and we need to honor where each person is on that journey. It's not good or bad, it just is what is happening at this moment.
* We are all mirrors of each other. What we put out in the world, is reflected back to us and onto others. That being said, be mindful of how you react to others. If you find yourself getting defensive, stop and think about how this is serving you or rather how it does not serve you.
Tom and Teresa Shantz started TNT SpiritWorks to help others along their spiritual journey. Prior to that, Teresa has worn many hats in her life. She served time in the US Air Force, has been a full-time Domestic Engineer (aka homemaker), studied Astrology, Channeling, and enjoyed her own business as a Massage Therapist and Healer. Tom Shantz earned a degree in engineering, served as an FBI Agent, and operated as a management consultant servicing corporate clients in the USA and overseas.

* Be vulnerable and share your story. Start with a close, trusted friend. It's ok to ask for help. You don’t have to go through it alone. Once you begin to share your story, you’ll find you’re not alone.
* Know that you are worth it. Once you start to not only accept this fact, but also embrace it, then your healing can begin. You need to fill your own cup up first and this starts with self-care.
* Be empowered. Rule your throne and own your queendom. Step into your truth and own it. As women around the world start to do this, it creates collective healing.

Mindfulness, Meditation & Gratitude with Dr. Greg Hammer
One cannot truly be happy if he or she does not have gratitude. If you’ve ever wondered how can you embrace more gratitude in your life, then this episode is for you. Teresa talks with Dr. Greg Hammer about mindfulness, the pursuit of happiness, and the GAIN method. The GAIN method (gratitude, acceptance, intention, non-judgment) is a meditation technique that helps people be more present and thus happier in their lives. Pair this with mindfulness and you might just learn the secret of living a happy life.
Greg Hammer, MD is a Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine, pediatric intensive care physician, pediatric anesthesiologist, and the author of GAIN without Pain: The Happiness Handbook for Health Care Professionals (May 15, 2020). Dr. Hammer is a health enthusiast and meditator, utilizing a non-duality and mindfulness-based approach, including the GAIN method.
In this episode you’ll learn:
* The importance of being non-judgmental. When you notice yourself in a moment of judgment, catch it and bring yourself back to the present. Course correct and move out of the judgment zone. Now instead of a potentially negative experience, it is a neutral experience and perhaps even a positive one.
* We can rewire our brains. We have a natural negativity bias that affects our thinking. Luckily our brains also have neural plasticity, which allows us to rewire our brains away from a negativity bias. By practicing a meditation method such as GAIN, we can rewire our brain one decision at a time.
* Many people believe meditation is sitting still for 30 minutes without moving, without thinking. This is not necessarily true. There are many ways to meditate. Explore and find what works for you.

Are you even aware when you get a feeling about something that it might be a red flag?
This has happened to me my whole life. Sometimes I have acted on what I was feeling and many times I have not.
Over the past few months something was bugging me. I didn't know why this thing was bugging me, but I felt something was not right.
I followed through with what I was initially feeling and the end result was so worth it.
I have discovered when I get a feeling I need to follow that feeling and figure out why I am feeling that way.
Learning to trust what you are feeling is key to working with you inner sensitivities.

I have been sensitive to energies my whole life. I have been sensitive to those around me and the environments I lived and worked in.

Lost Souls

I recently watched a movie on the Disney + channel called Soul. It was a story about a man who passed on after an accident. Once his soul left his body the story was about making his way on the other side. He has to decide where to travel to next. Should he go into the collective energy, or travel back to the planet for another journey. As he moves around on the other side he enters an area where there are what they called lost souls.
In my spiritual book, no soul is ever lost.👍🏼😇 Some souls may feel lost or out of sorts. When they pass on these emotions may make them still feel like they are in that state of consciousness.😳Lost no, confused yes!

What is spiritual regrouping? I share with you some definitions that I found online and what my definition of spiritual regrouping is.
Then I discuss the importance of regrouping your experiences. Whether it be a daily regrouping of how your day went or a regrouping of a bigger event that you went through. The bottom line is that regrouping can help you move past an incident or event.
Getting the bigger picture of what you learned along with the feeling of fulfillment from each regrouping. This can help you feel more secure and relaxed with outcomes from events.

In this episode I am going to share on the mirroring that occurred with my home.🏚
As I begin going through the process of having a damaged roof replaced with a new roof, I started feeling something inside of me going on energetically. I checked in with guidance and began regrouping how the homes I have lived in have mirrored where I was at inside and many things that were happening on the outside.
I share in this episode a few of the strange things that happened in my house. How it wasn't until after the fact and a few years later that I was able to look back, regroup, and realize that the house I was living in was mirroring what I was going through inside. It was also mirroring what the other family members were through too, as well as mirroring the upcoming energy of events that were going to be happening to the family.
Being aware of the things that happen inside of your home can be a way to understand how it may be mirroring you.
