Micah is driven to give back to the community and to empower youth, their educators and their families. As a teacher, she brings yoga and wellness into the classroom. In this week's episode we touch on the 'balance.' Balance has become a part of our everyday language, and Micah not only guides us through this topic in the context of yoga, mindfulness and meditation, but also takes it a step further and guides us through the way in which taping into our sensory needs can help us pivot, recalibrate and feel a sense of balance. ​
