Do you find yourself asking "Now what?" as soon as you have accomplished something you have been working on for a while? Or perhaps you're in a constant state of "Now what?", always looking for something else to sink your teeth into, with the hopes of it improving your life.

In this week's episode I talk about the "Now What?" Trap and the long-term effects of constantly looking for the next thing to do. When we achieve something and it becomes the new normal, it's so easy to forget all about the journey to get there. We might even hold on to a subconscious belief that everything will be amazing once we "arrive", and as long as things are 50/50 good and bad, there's some place better than right here, right now.
