Preet Chandi is an Army Physiotherapist who loves adventure and finding new ways to push her limits. After playing tennis full time as a teenager training in the Czech Republic, she moved back to England at 19 to pursue a different path and joined the Army Reserves, then headed to university to study Physiotherapy. She undertook her first half marathon at the age of 20, subsequently progressed to ultra marathons and is currently training for a solo, unsupported trek across Antartica.
In this conversation, Preet shares her passion for challenging herself and inspiring others to pursue their own dreams. Having recently returned from Greenland when this interview was recorded, she also shares some of the highlights and challenges she faced on the trip - which in some cases were rather more than she bargained for!
