21 Days Without Complaining
Could you go 21 days without complaining? I'm not sure I could, or that I would want to... But my good mate Josh Smith, owner and head coach at Fortitude Nutrition Coaching recently undertook this challenge and was willing to come on the podcast and have a chat about it. When Josh first told me his plans to do 21 days with no complaining I immediately took up the role of devil's advocate and told him I wasn't sure I agreed it was going to be a positive thing (me being a massive advocate for expressing your feelings, good or bad). We decided to sit down and discuss the ins and outs of the challenge, Joshy's reasons for doing it and how anyone could use this challenge to make some incredibly positive changes in their life. I really, REALLY enjoyed recording this episode! There is so much valuable information and a really cool framework for taking on this challenge yourselves.

Episode 2: Brandon Swan
Brandon Swan is a 4x CrossFit Games athlete, former gym owners, a new father and a great mate of mine. We talk about Brandon's 10 year CrossFit career, how finding a new sense of meaning and purpose through becoming a father has shifted his perspective on identity, motivation and success, his new goals as an athlete and some advice for up and coming athletes on how to know if you're on the right path and how to manage nerves and performance anxiety. The audio on this one isn't great and we had a couple of issues, but hopefully the content makes up for that.
