We are all in the midst of navigating a medical and social pandemic! In this session, I am joined by Licensed Psychologist and Crisis/Trauma Specialist, Dr. Kermit Crawford. In this session, Dr. Crawford shares with us key information about how Black people can protect their mental health in the midst of dealing with civil unrest, racism and Covid-19. He provides us with what we coined "The 4 R's." These "4 R's" are culturally relevant coping strategies to help make the journey of life a little bit more manageable. In honor of Men's Health Month, he also provides a very special message of healing and hope to Black Men.
