Some of the most common beliefs that tend to stand between us and our yoga/movement practice and how we can move beyond them.
It's not unusual to hear ourselves saying 'I don't have the time' or 'I don't know what to do' or 'I just don't feel like it' ... but what beliefs are driving that? And can we change them so that they truly support us to do the things that will help us feel the way we want to feel.
