As we near the end of 2020, maybe you're thinking about what you want for your life in 2021? A new year on the horizon has a way of getting us thinking about these things, even though you could choose to implement them TODAY if you wanted to. Any day is a good day to create what you want.
So much goes into creating a new habit, but today we're going to talk about one thing in particular: Who you THINK you are (and for today, we're looking at this in the context of a yoga/movement practice).

- Why you might not know what you really think and how to get curious enough to find out
- Why we always fall back in line with behaviours that align with these beliefs we have about ourselves (i.e. why, despite your best efforts, you haven't been able to get that yoga practice to stick)
- How we can use kindness, curiosity and compassion to question these stories we tell ourselves (and create new ones that actually lead us in the direction we desire - the yoga mat!).
