Michelle is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Health & Mental Wellness coach. Her passion is to bridge the current gap between physical and mental health. Michelle believes true health encompasses not only physical, but also mental, emotional, social and even spiritual components. After a long journey of learning how to live alongside her own depression rather than against it, it has become Michelle's mission to empower other women to do the same.
