On Saturday, when I put on shorts for the first time in a long time, I was confronted by the fact that 'flaw'-picking started immediately. And it got me thinking about how - STILL - we're bombarded by messages of our 'not-enough-ness' and how we can use movement and exercise to 'fix' them. But how about we flip that script and we move as an act of kindness? We exercise and move our body not as a way of working on these supposed 'flaws' but instead to celebrate and fall in love with our body. How does that sound?
