Play • 45 min

In today's episode I'm chatting with Matt Glover about all things Forest Therapy.

Did you know that trees communicate with each other? Like, truly? Through their root systems and the aromas and chemicals they release, trees exist in community. And, incredibly, those communication channels can have a VERY positive impact on our human health. Tune in to hear Matt and I talk about all this and more.
