Sheikha Intisar Al Sabah is a force to reckon with, such an ambitious aura around her that it really magnifies all the liberal teaching she has been a part of as an entrepreneur, teacher, student, mother and advocate for women in the Arab world. Her boundless love for life and nature continues to be a source of pleasure for other fellow women.

Sheikha Intisar established the Intisar Foundation to support women who have been severely affected by the atrocities during war time. She has been actively involved in bringing peace and facilitating mental well being through a unique method called ‘Drama Therapy’. By giving them a space to heal, flourish and really express themselves to extinguish the trauma. In this episode, we talk about her personal experiences with juggling a role and responsibility as royal as her lineage and that soar sky high. We shed light on her grievances and challenges to identify with her inner voice and to come to terms with her philosophy of  self love and kindness that she has profoundly adapted today. Her immeasurable drive to help women in plight find a voice speaks volumes and gives meaning to all the lessons we didn't know we needed.
